SSE is a student organization that gets involved! We don't only hold meetings, we engage with our community and collaborate with other groups and entities to provide many opportunities for getting out there. There is something for everyone!

Your monthly update on what's happening in SSE
Here, we give organization announcements, invite guest speakers, and sometimes offer free food while you listen in. This is the perfect opportunity to connect with sustainability professionals on a regular basis.
VOLUNTEERING
Mobile County Recycling Center
Recycling products is hard work, but honorable work to make the planet a little better. Members can give back to their community right here in Mobile. Volunteers are always needed, so go save the world, sorting one crate at a time!

CAMPUS INVOLVEMENT
University events and other student organizations
Student life is meant to be engaging and make for a busy schedule. SSE collaborates with Green Jags, ASCE (American Society of Civil Engineers), and the Sustainability Council on projects big and small around campus.
